I am a composer and musician with a background in classical and jazz music, as well as sound production. Born in 1994, in Coimbra, Portugal, my journey into the world of music began at a young age. At six years old, I was initially drawn to fine art, thanks to the influence of my mother. However, my passion soon shifted to music, and at the age of 10, I embarked on my musical journey by learning to play the guitar under the guidance of João Paulo at Sítio de Sons.

As my musical skills continued to develop, I pursued my education at the Escola de Artes de Sines. There, I attained equivalence to a conservatory education in classical guitar, solidifying my foundation in this instrument. At the age of 17, my musical horizons expanded as I enrolled in a jazz course at Tone Music School under the mentorship of João Freitas.

By the time I turned 21, I found myself delving deeply into composition. This marked the beginning of an exciting phase in my musical career. I started composing for choirs, leading to recording and conducting experiences. My passion for composition grew, leading me to create pieces for strings, orchestras, and various productions, including those for television and film. Additionally, I took on collaborative projects with fellow artists, exploring a diverse range of musical expressions.

My musical journey has been a multifaceted one, encompassing various instruments. In addition to guitar, I've also learned to play the piano to further broadening my musical expertise. This diverse skill set has allowed me to craft compositions that span different genres and moods.

In 2021, I became an integral part of the TAUC Big Band, contributing my talents and creativity to this vibrant musical collective, as well
I enrolled in B.A in the faculty of art and humanities at the
University of Coimbra. Additionally, I furthered my education with a XSeries Program on Classical Works and 18th-Century Opera at Harvard
University, and Introduction to the Music Business at Berklee College of
Music.



And in 2022 I created my own composition and recording studio, Micrologus Studio, while collaborating with Camaleão Studio on numerous projects.
